{"created":"2023-05-15T12:36:11.471560+00:00","id":8,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"26b27315-d6bd-47a7-8fd5-2758c73d2b51"},"_deposit":{"created_by":7,"id":"8","owners":[7],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"8"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:shonan-ums.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000008","sets":["2","2:12"]},"author_link":["1"],"item_10007_date_8":{"attribute_name":"報告年度","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2018-01-16","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_10007_description_10":{"attribute_name":"研究代表者番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"00279910","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10007_description_11":{"attribute_name":"研究機関","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"湘南医療大学保健医療学部看護学科","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10007_description_13":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"平成27年度に実施予定であった介護保険施設等看護職を対象とした調査を、約6か月遅れの平成28年5月～8月に実施した。この調査の目的は、介護保険サービスの現場に勤務する看護師が、自らのエンプロイアビリティ(どの職場でも通用する看護実践力)を評価できる測定尺度(試作版ver1)を作成することである。測定尺度項目原案は、研究者らの「高齢者ケア施設における看護職のエンプロイアビリティの構成要素」を構成概念とした63項目で5件法とした。\n九州地区を除く全国15種類の介護保険施設等1,735施設に配布した調査紙は2,870、有効回収数は639(回収率22.3%)であった。女性が95%で、50歳代が39.0%ともっとも多く、看護師が69.8%、常勤が81.5%であった。63の調査項目の中から分布に偏りがないこと、介護保険サービスの種類による特徴を示さないこと、項目間で強い相関がないこと等により22項目を採用した。22項目を因子分析して固有値が2.0以上の4因子を抽出し、「専門性を発揮する力」「ケアを追求する力」「職場でつながる力」「寛容な対応をする力」と命名した。それぞれの因子負荷量は0.47以上、累積寄与率は49.43であった。Cronbachのα信頼係数は0.89であった。22項目は測定尺度項目原案の「高齢者ケア施設における看護職のエンプロイアビリティの構成要素」のカテゴリーから均等に選出されていた。\n以上のプロセスを経て、22項目4因子で構成される信頼性・妥当性のある簡便な尺度が作成できた。これは平成28年6月に看護系学会にて発表予定で、研究者とのディスカッションを経て、さらに尺度の精度を検討する予定である。
